Mindful yoga classes are currently being held:

Here’s some key info before you book:

  • Book your classes for up to 1 month ahead.

  • Reschedule or cancel your class up to 6 hours ahead.

  • Classes are face-to-face, live streamed online and recorded - the recording is then shared with booked participants for up to 4 days so you can enjoy them in your own time if you can’t make the live session or wish to repeat the practice.

  • What you need to join the face-to-face class is comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and a blanket.

  • What you need to join the online class is a good internet connection, digital device (mobile, tablet or laptop), comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and a blanket.

  • Equipment is provided at Space Therapies but you’re encouraged to bring your own mat and blanket. Blocks, belts and bolsters are optional but can add a bit of comfort and support to your practice whether you’re practicing online at home or in person at Space.

  • Once you have booked you will receive an automatic email confirmation with your class booking and location/login information.

  • If you do not receive the automated confirmation email please check your spam folder first. If you still don’t have it then get in touch.

  • Please enter your booking details carefully as the email address you provide upon booking will be the email address the system uses to contact and remember you - if this is mistyped then you will not receive your details in good time ahead of the class.

  • You must select the right format option, online or face-to-face, as there are only limited face-to-face places because the therapy space is designed for very small groups only to keep the practice safe and mindful in the space we have.

Classes usually offer a combination of

  • mindful, nourishing movement

  • informed gentle breath work

  • guided meditation and

  • restoring relaxation

What is mindful yoga?

Mindful yoga is a thoroughly enjoyable, gently flowing and nourishing yoga practice. It has a mindful, purposeful and informed approach which aims to help you thrive on and off the mat which makes it effective in supporting your wellbeing.
