Hi I’m Juliana, lovely to meet you .

I am a fully qualified and registered yoga therapist and an experienced mindful yoga teacher.

I specialise in therapeutic applications of movement, breathwork and yoga to support all aspects of mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing.

You can find more information about mindful yoga classes here > and more about yoga therapy here >

I am registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists and have taught yoga since 2015 - qualifying with BWY and Yoga Alliance. I have studied the therapeutic applications of yoga with The Yoga Therapy Institute, Yoga Campus and TriYoga since 2016.

As well as working with one-to-one clients, I have taught in studios across the UK including London, Manchester and Birmingham, where I am now based. I also teach on workshops and retreats across UK and in Europe. I currently work with clients online and face-to-face meaning I can reach you wherever you are and when it suits you.

Before yoga, I spent many years working in the stressful world of advertising and communications. I personally experienced the benefits of yoga therapy which helped me manage and resolve many stress related conditions including sever back pain, anxiety, burn out, digestive issues, unhealthy relationship with food and my body, eczema, among other things.

Seeing and experiencing these benefits, I began studying the therapeutic benefits of yoga more formally at Yoga Campus in 2016 with some of the best and most experienced yoga therapists including Doug Keller, Dr. Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, Charlotte Watts and Dr. Lisa Kaley-Isley. The learning helped me go beyond my initial yoga teacher training, so that I can understand and offer yoga as an applied science, brining together ancient Indian wisdom, psychology, and science with western medicine.

Despite being a fully qualified and registered yoga therapist I continue learnings with The Yoga Therapy Institute (TYTI) under the supervision of Montserrat G. Mukherjee and her team to ensure I continue developing my knowledge and incorporate the latest biomedical, neuroscientific, trauma informed and embodiment research and tools so that these can better support my clients - their physical, medical, mental and emotional health through all the different stages and events in life.

Mentorship is an important tool for all therapeutic professions as it significantly aids the quality of teaching and therapeutic offering. Working under the supervision and mentorship of TYTI, I regularly consult on my client cases (keeping client identity private and anonymous, always respecting client privacy) with my supervisor to ensure you’re getting the best knowledge, support and experience from me and the practices offered.

If you have any questions please get in touch.

“Thank you for bringing yoga into my life… for your guidance and care.
